She specializes in business immigration, but has assisted clients navigate every aspect of the United States’ immigration system.
Her success is not only derived from her experience as an attorney, but also from her experience as an undocumented immigrant. This inspired her decision to become an entrepreneur and immigration lawyer.

She also has extensive experience in family based petitions, removal defense, and appellate work. Hera takes pride in assisting an extensive array of artists including musicians, actors, photographers, dancers, and models.
In addition to her practice, Hera provides community counseling in partnership with the Community Legal Resource Network at CUNY School of Law and sits on the panel of attorneys at the Hotel Trades Council in New York City. Hera also serves as a Legal Director at Unlocal Inc. Prior to founding J&K Law, Hera worked in a reputable law firm where she gained years of immigration experience.
